The Living Room

Air-conditioned, but thanks to the sea air and the open bay windows, you will stay cool even in summer.
In the extension of the living room, a terrace with a teak table, an outdoor lounge, a heated infinity pool, swimming jet, and deckchairs.
The living room opens onto a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, 90 cm oven, wine cellar, food processor, citrus press, toaster, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, and all necessary utensils).

• A bathtub with sea view (shower planned for the end of 2024).
Maquis Room
On the ground floor, this 28 m² modular room has:
• Two single beds that can be joined together to form a king size bed.
• Private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Agosta beach with all its amenities (shops, restaurants, water activities, etc.) is a 5-minute drive away or a 15-minute walk along a path that crosses the scrubland for the more adventurous!
